This report studies the working conditions of social workers employed by the Social Services Agency and explains the impact of these conditions on the quality of work performed by the Agency. The report identifies the main problems faced by social workers in relation to their working environment and working conditions and looks at how this negatively affects the quality and efficiency of their work, and hurts the most vulnerable members of society that they serve.
